due 2 a liver condition i’ve been pushing that way. problem: deciphering what healthy foods r not due 2 pesticides, bad handling, hormones, false advertizement, etc. rule: skin of all animals r off limits. fruits & vegetables should b washed thoroughly. skins of fruits fall in that area. cherries & grapes can b washed by putting them in a plastic bag with water & shaking vigorously. repeat
Thanks, Arnold. This is my first week of transition & I must confess that I run to the bathroom a lot from drinking lots of water & pooping. I poop 2x – 3x per day! It’s gross, but my colon must be working better now than ever than the last 10+ years. I’ll try a green shake for the 1st time tomorrow morning. A guy on YouTube suggested: spinach, grapes & banana, so that’s what I’ll try. Thanks for your wisdom & help. McDonalds has lost a vauable customer, because no I have high BP!
I believe what he’s saying about how you lose interest in certain foods. On rare occasions I still do crave beef, but most of the time I want fish or chicken. Fish costs too much so I usually eat chicken. I also don’t care for fast food anymore, thankfully. But the sweets…I haven’t kicked that one yet. I still dig a nice bowl of ice cream in the evening a couple times a week. I also dig on some dark chocolate periodically. I also have English Muffins with butter and honey a few times a week.
Arnold is hyper and a very Nervous guy all the time, and Possibly a little insanebut the mssg is accurate for the most part

I cant quite agree, pragmatically. I am hungry when I wake up so I eat; grains-rice, bread, with soymilk and sometimes slices of fruit. Then I go to the gym soon after. Feels better that way.
I notice it with raw foodist some look good some look poor? You go to the gyms and you see ALOT of heathy people,not to gaunt and not to fat. i also red in a book that making the green juices with fruit raises blood sugar. your better off she says eating the whole fruit so it breaks down slower.i blen greens in water,gross but i do it.spinach isn’t bad,
