Yeah i noticed when i started going raw, after i detoxed i was so much more happier, my depression and anxiety vanished, i felt enlightened.
actually when you go 100 percent raw, it does indeed make you a better person, if you havent tried it you wouldnt know, but it makes a person much kinder and gentler, indeed it does. I agree not every diet suits everyone, in the raw food world, there are many ways, but eating raw DOES suit everyone

David Wolfe is a fraud and has always been. You need to do some research on him before praising him.
Actually, he is couragous, well informed, grounded in his body and HOT.
no its definitely not raw….whey is the toxic waste by-product of cheese that blows up you body because its very acidic…you will get more and much better quality protein from sprouted peas….if you are a bodybuilder you will lose a lot of your weigh at first, because your body will want to “houseclean” when it gets clean fuel from raw food (increased nutritional value) and get rid of the poor quality tissue and replace it with new better and much stronger muscle fibers.
thanks for the info, its crazy tho i been on this raw food diet for 3 weeks and still no results and i even stopped working out and still not one pound of weight loss.
stupid stuff to base a life style on raw foods in an economy that will turn to in-fights and maybe civil war without the defense idea of combat training. all these fools talk sweet. no guns no good idea. fuck this bull. you’ll be the first to go bobby bullshitter.
