Raw salts are better for the body because they contain minerals that our bodies need, but there are also plant based foods that contain sodium. In the effort to transition to a better body, it is best to eliminate table salts along with excess salts. We need sodium, but with the SAD sodium is deadly and in everything. It is best if ou use raw salt, but in moderation.
What about raw salts?

allow you to eat a plant based diet and maintain your present weight. If you didn’t have a lot of weight to lose and are extremely muscular, then you’re not consuming enough calories. Do a google search on raw food athletes and see what they do to maintain their body weight. One site to try is RAW FU.

I would say consume more calories. You could use hemp seed, coconut, and flax seed oil in smoothies if you consume those. I don’t know how much fat you’re using, but it’s not good to over consume any type of fat.
This is one area that each individual will have to learn how to control. We’re all different and the effects of food affects each of us individually. I would suggest you read Dr Douglas Graham’s book titled 80.10.10 and develop an eating and exercise plan that will
this was really helpful for me thank you!

Thanks for posting!! I am integrating more raw into my lifestyle and I dont think I will get to 100% but I am aiming for about 80% so I can have something cooked with dinner.
Yeah I’ve started to eat lots of nuts and even added some olive oil but I still lose weight. Gonna go and get my bf% checked tomorrow in case my subjective opinion is messed up.
I eat plant food. I eat mostly sallads, fruit, nuts. Even started to add olive oil to get more calories and meat 4 times a week. I eat cooked vegtables sometimes in order to get more calories into my diet.
I went from 106kilo to 83kilo. Im 190cm. I been somewhat muscular and big.
Not sure what kind of metabolism. I always eat a lot, with “society” food i gained weight and with mostly raw food I loose all my fat.
Great video! I’ve tried going raw a few times before, but I’m sure your tips will be of great help for this “3rd time’s the charm” round. Thanks for posting it!!!
@typeclash
What are you currently eating and how much of it do you eat? Do you exercise? Have you always been slender or overweight? What type of metabolism do you have? The answers to these questions would be helpful.
@typeclash add more nuts, or other raw fats to your diet

Also a cure for cancer & most other ailments. It’s called Hemp Oil. Too bad it’s illegal, but if you do happen to have cancer, you can just head over to Holland or certain parts of Canada and buy some/make some.

Yes, but I would strongly suggest you speak with your physician prior to making any changes. Check out Raw for 30 days and the book: There Is a Cure for Diabetes: The Tree of Life 21-Day Program. Be well and blessed!
