Why do people say pasta is bad? I can see white processed pasta but I have whole wheat, a wheat grinder, and a noodle maker, seems pretty healthy to me.

cogiterium, your body is not meant to lose more than a MAXIMUM of 1-2 pounds per week. If your end goal is to be healthy and increase life longevity, then your weight loss goals should be in line with this.
