yay 5 stars! good info! a vid on how to increase you green intake would be very helpful for me since i believe it is whats keeping me from being 100% raw. i hated greens, but eat them now. i want to juice feast but gack on greens juices. i am sedentary so this many fruits are driving me crazy with nervous energy! green smoothies are my biggest source of greens. energy soups are nasty.. tired of salads, I seem to binge eat after green juices too! Greens are what is missing in my diet. T_T

Thanks so much for addressing this issue. You’re fantastic! Do I need to soak the hemp seeds or the chia seeds before adding them to my smoothie? I’ll give the dulse a try. I’ve been holding off because I don’t like seafood (the smell and flavor). I’m really trying to go mostly raw, but I hate to be hungry. I’m not a nice person when I’m hungry
