do you recommend brown rice syrup?

You have a big beautiful smile.
Thanks for the help.
you are so great!! keep making videos
As far as Kombucha, i get chronic ear infections (lessened when i’m mindful of my wheat and dairy intake, but not illiminated. I live in a very wet area, and believe i have a mold allergy. Kombucha takes in those negative elements you mentioned such as caffine and sugar, metabolizes it along with what is in your air (as it is living breathing culture) and spits out a fermented drink full of good stuff, including anitbodies to your natural environment. make it with green, red tea, & honey yum.
you can make kombucha with green tea and honey… is that better?

No one has responded to my query, but from what I understand, there is a difference between something which is naturally-occurring versus isolated. I was under the impression that seaweeds (like wakame) have naturally-occurring MSG, which is why throwing it in soup enhances its flavor. So Bragg’s may also contain this element, but I fail to see how it is bad for our bodies simply because it contains natural MSG.
@TheLovola That’s a shame, really. They weren’t necessarily bad. Obviously she had a bad experience with bulk nuts. I’ve bought rancid nuts in a bag. Turn-over is what’s important, not whether they are in a bag or not.
I don’t care for the taste of kombucha, so I’m with you on that, but wanted to point out that red tea (also called rooibos) does not have caffeine in it.
Oddly, Rooibos was mentioned, when she mentioned “red tea”. Glad to see someone pointed out red tea does not have caffeine in it.
I liked your video, but I must say that I disagree with #5. I eat nearly 100% raw and I actually work at a health food store. I can gurantee you that our bulk nuts and seeds have quite a high turnover rate ( I help with that I’m sure
) You have a lot of great information, but not all health food stores have moldy, stale, years-old nuts and seeds sitting in their bins.

Hi Natasha love your video you are a big inspiration to me, pls can e-mail me about raw food diet i will really appreciate it. Thanks!
Prepackage food seems to me more pollution for environment. We should avoid all unnecessary plastic packaging.
@spazchicken1 MSG occurs naturally in kombu/kelp and tomatoes and many things, I believe.
@RawRadiantHealth not to mention vitamin C to help with break down of any uric acid resulting from fructose metabolism
@RawRadiantHealth If its concentrated, then why not just use less.
I had a ton of Braggs on my salad awhile ago, and within minutes I developed a bizarre electric-shock type sensation in the back of my skull, very hot and pulsing, like nothing I’ve ever felt before. It really freaked me out. It lasted about half an hour, very uncomfortable the whole time. I will never eat Braggs again. Thanks for posting this!!
Where did you hear about the naturally occurring MSG in Braggs?
@RawRadiantHealth you are obviously smart and know what your talking about but with kombucha after 14 days most if not all the sugars are broken down and the caffine are fermented and converted into something else and if your that worried about the remaining caffeine u can get a tea called “Rooibos Tea” that is a plant derived from Africa that contains no caffeine and the kombucha culture is quite happy living with it so with that said what do u think?
To me, Bragg’s and Tamari are pretty much the same. ANY product that had fermented protein (beans or animal) will have natural MSG in it.
What about the fact that Nama shoyu, tamari and braggs are all WAY too high in sodium. It is really shocking to the body and not healthy to be used as a condiment. I think the high salt would be affecting people a lot more than the small amount of wheat if they’re not sensitive to wheat.
Doesn’t Acai Berry (Juice) have Fructose? I remember when I first tried it I felt “out of sorts”…..kinda weak and slightly dizzy. The health food shop assistant said it was a dextoxifier as well so maybe I was detoxing on the juice…..anyone know about this?
I use the braggs as a salad dressing. I love it
