She stills sounds manic in the video.. although it’s good if this has made her feel better…
yet the spontaneous impulsive decision to go off the meds is a big symptom of being manic also, so I’m not sure if the bi-polar is completely gone. Also, this ‘bliss’ is mania… so it wasn’t completely the raw food making you feel good. Good on you for doing what’s best for you, but it may not be good for everyone..
Thank you so much for this video. I’m in the process of going raw which made me decide to get off of the anti depressants I have been on for over ten years. I’m doing it slowly. Thank you Tonya for being honest about this process.

She is an inspiration……those drugs are terrible and so tough to get off…..but she left a trail to freedom and a return to life for others
But how can we gain weight on a raw food diet. I am about 160 and I am trying to eventually reach 205lbs. What foods can you eat?

@ray180597 about 1 head or bunch of greens daily.. raw foods, spirulina, fruits, nuts and seeds, seaweeds etc.. I was about 95% raw foodist when the panic disorder went away… i find if i get lower then 80% raw some of the anxiety starts to come back but nothing like it use to be… thats a rough guess btw.. because i wasn’t trying to cure panic disorder when i was doing this… I just wanted to supply my body with what it needed to heal it’s self and get more nourished.. thats it really. =^-^=
