Why does Freelee look more relaxed in this video, compared to the newer ones?
don’t listen to them about cutting out lemons and limes. they are wrong about that one. lemons and limes are alkalizing to the body, not acidic. i eat TONS of limes and i love lemons. i put lime juice on almost everything. do some research on your own about it before you make a decision.
lemons and lime actually alkalize the body as opposed to acidify it like you said. just because a food is acidy (like oranges and tomatoes) doesn’t mean they acidify the blood. do a little more research on it to find out for yourself. i appreciate what you guys do, but don’t misinform people… if you aren’t sure about something don’t spread that knowledge around, because people depend on you for accurate advice.

if i mix any food i feel no good. one food at a time works best for me… i am drinking so much water. i guess in the first one or two years you have so gigantic amounts of toxins to eliminate that its reasonable to drink a little more water than to little. i have 3 liters a day, plus at least 4 from fruit. I am getting a inner shower every day, so i dont need the coventionell shower that often because i smell less and less : )
Rocket is a green leafy veg. Kinda spicy/peppery. It’s good!

hey, that looks delicious, but i couln’t make out most of the ingredients ’cause of your australian pronunciation or maybe they’re australian terms – i’m american. i only got the spiralized zucchini. what else is spiralized in there, & what are the sauce ingredients, and what’s “rocket” ?

so im thinking with the low fat raw vegan diet chillies become an irritant as opposed to cayyenne helping if your on a fatty diet cause it keeps candida etc at bay but no need with 811, do you use any salties, like sea veg?

I understand… I don’t eat that either but I’m in a very underweight position. So I was wondering more so how someone healthier could fit that much content throughout the day .. I have a lot of friends at healthy weights that eat fruit and bloat up. I just find it incredible, as does my best friend who watches you too, that you can contain that much density and not bloat up.
